When will my order be ready?

Orders are processed and packaged within 2-4 business days. I know how exciting it is to receive an order, so my goal is to get it into the Post Office as quickly as possible.

I'm a fan of good communication and staying in the loop; you will receive order updates, including when your item is being posted, via email. 

Please be aware that once an item is shipped it is no longer in our hands, if you have any issues once an item is shipped please reach out to the postal service in which the item is being delivered through.

I've requested local pick-up option. What happens next?

One your order is prepared and packaged for pick-up, I will send you a notification that it is ready for collection. You will also receive exact address location for pick up.

Please note, I am based in Fairfax County, VA, USA; close to Burke and Fairfax Station. You're welcome to pick up during any of the pick-up hours / days, once your order is ready for collection.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Due to the nature of our downloadable items, no refund or cancellation can be issued.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). 

For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. 

For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, EverElling, LLC is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.

EverElling, LLC  is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.

WRONG ADDRESS: 

EverElling, LLC is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address! 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you do custom work?

It depends on the project and my availability. I would love to chat with you about what you have in mind and then decide if it’s a good fit for me!
